Dudu was at our beck and call all day. She was the staff member allocated to provide us with service at the Summer House while the retinue got ready and also at the main table. Dudu was friendly and professional, and every request was dealt with, with a smile – nothing was too much for Dudu. All our items were continually gathered for us and placed in the locked office for safe keeping. From clothing left at Summer House to our cake knife and lifter, to our wedding favours and Kalli’s veil – everything was accounted for and taken care of. In fact, all the staff, all evening provided our guests with excellent service! My elderly wheelchair guest was attended to perfectly, and the staff went out of their way to assist her and her husband whenever necessary.

So much can go wrong at a wedding, as there is so much to coordinate. It isn’t easy to get everything 100% but somehow, Naeema, her team and Summer Place managed this. Believe me, we are a family with very high standards. We expect good service, and we have often been disappointed. It takes a lot to impress us. Reading the above you may think that we give out compliments easy, this is not true. We cannot help but compliment you and your staff as we received A+ service at the most elegant and beautiful Summer Place venue.

We would like to express what a pleasure it was dealing with you. Your professional and friendly manner; and your knowledge and experience made all our Summer Place dealings so pleasant. You were always accommodating and timely when it came to our meetings, you reminded us of painters that we had forgotten about, and you were fair and honest in all your suggestions. All my emails were answered immediately, you never pressurised us and you always put our minds at ease in every situation. You were also incredible when it came to our table placement and seating, forever emailing me different layouts so that we could get a visual image. You are an absolute asset to Summer Place. Never in my life have I received such service and I would recommend Summer Place as a venue to anybody. We are a very large Greek community and all of our guests were impressed with the venue and the service they received at Kalli and Andrews’ wedding. Many guests had never been to Summer Place before and the wedding gave them a fantastic first impression.

On the big day we had the problem with the table seating that we had provided, and as you know, it was too small and blurry. I became very anxious as it was time for us to depart for the church service. You, Bella, Trudy-Lee and Andrew assured us that you would rectify the problem and that we should not worry, and that’s exactly what you did. Naeema, you even stayed late to ensure that everything was perfect before you left Summer Place.

Our dealings with Bela were also very impressive. Bela gave us outstanding, cordial service, every day. She made concise notes at our meetings and therefore she kept Steve updated with regards to all our requests, not missing a thing. She continually advised Steve regarding the bar bill according to our request and she was ever present all evening for any of our queries. Bella had a very calm and confident way of dealing with our event and she took a lot of pressure off us. She went out of her way to make sure that we were happy, and she handled every request with ease and care.

I want to take a moment to thank you for the exceptional service that we received from you the weeks leading up to our event and for the wonderful job that the staff and management of Summer Place did yesterday.

We received numerous complements from our guests about the attentiveness of the waiters and all the staff – and it was truly a pleasure hosting our event at the Summer Place.

The gardens looked absolutely magnificent, and we made full sue of the gorgeous setting for socialising and to take some memorable pictures.
